HMM’s track and trace page offers searches by B/L number, container number and booking number. Select the option that matches the reference you hold, then check that the returned shipment is yours.
Treat booking results with care
A booking can cover several containers and can change before loading. Once containers are assigned, compare the container list and vessel details with your own documents before planning around a date.
Read each leg separately
An arrival or discharge at a transshipment port is not the same as arrival at the final destination. Compare the event port, vessel and voyage before you use a date to book onward transport.
Confirm collection conditions
A discharge event from HMM does not confirm customs clearance, cargo release or terminal pickup availability. Check those with the carrier, terminal or your agent before arranging collection.
