Do I need to upload a B/L to use CargoFlowPlus?
No. You can add a shipment using a B/L number, booking number, or container number with the carrier code. B/L upload is available, but it is optional.
Can I check container status in Telegram?
Yes. After connecting Telegram, you can check shipment status and receive important updates directly in Telegram.
What happens after I add a shipment?
CargoFlowPlus monitors the shipment automatically. You do not need to keep checking manually — we notify you when important changes happen.
How many containers are included in the trial?
The trial runs for 30 days and includes 10 live shipments. Existing tracked shipments remain viewable through their lifecycle, but new shipment starts require a paid plan after the trial expires or the allowance is used.

CargoFlowPlus uses carrier-reported ETA and shipment milestones for operational planning. Available AIS vessel positions provide additional visibility; they do not replace the carrier ETA.
Do I need to change my current workflow?
No. Upload the same spreadsheet you already use. CargoFlowPlus reads your BL numbers, booking references, or container IDs. No API integration and no system migration required to start.
Do you support transshipment and multi-leg routes?
CargoFlowPlus shows reported transshipment events and distinguishes intermediate-port events from arrival at the final destination. The detail available depends on the tracking data returned for your shipment.
What happens if the ETA changes after I've prepared?
Recommended next steps are reviewed when carrier ETA or shipment milestones change. A shipment may move back to Wait or Prepare. Hold is reserved for concrete review conflicts.
